⏱ THỜI GIAN LÀM VIỆC: Mon – Sun: Làm việc 4 ngày/tuần, ca đêm WFH
9:00 a.m – 9:00 p.m & 9 p.m – 9 a.m
■JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Support via hotline calls and emails; log all customer requests into the internal ticketing system
– Provide efficient and timely technical support to end-user by monitoring Linux & Windows systems on AWS/Azure
■REQUIREMENTS:
– From 1-2 years of relevant experience, Diploma in IT field
– Familiar with Windows OS
– Communicative English
– Experience in Linux/cloud computing will be an advantage
